Welcome to Revio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revio platform and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Revio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, students, and subscribers.

Revio provides an online platform for Civil Service Exam preparation, including:

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

3.3 Account Eligibility

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current subscription rate.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as generally permitted by the normal use of the Services.

8.1 Your Content

You may have the opportunity to submit feedback, comments, or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content.

8.2 Content Standards

User Content must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability
• Promote illegal activity or discrimination

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Services will meet your expectations
• Use of the Services will guarantee passing the Civil Service Exam

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVIO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revio, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Services prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revio regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
